Brett has been in the building industry for four years, spent five years in the truck and machinery industry and 16 years working for a machinery and equipment hire company. Here he was in charge of meeting company compliance, health and safety consultation and risk assessments ensuring all staff meet the company's safety policy. This was achieved through thorough training and education, use of protective equipment and by following the safety rules in place.

 

Brett has brought this experience and knowledge over to Shay Brennan Constructions as our safety officer. He oversees all polices and procedures including planning and implementation, making sure all SBC employees are safe on the job.
