James McDonald is responsible for the daily construction site operations, ensuring that the work gets completed safely, as per the contract requirements and other key constraints. James manages all site resources, monitors the progress and addresses challenges if they are encountered. James maintains contact with all relevant stakeholders and serves as a conduit between the various trades and inputs on our construction sites. James is responsible for communication across our worksites and ensures that our contracts are delivered in an integrated manner in accordance with requirements of program, cost, quality, safety, risk, procurement, human resources, stakeholders.

James has broad experience in the construction industry including operation and production management of primary and secondary resources involving business development, maximising efficiencies, innovation, strategic development, procurement, and building/leading teams aligned to business needs. James has significant experience delivering at all levels of construction from small contracts as a tradesman through to delivering multifaceted major civil contracts to global airports. James has a proven reputation in driving results, minimising risk, mentoring staff, and achieving set targets such as time and quality.
