Currently serving as Systems Manager, Ray is undertaking a comprehensive review of all business practices, with a focus on safety, quality, people (HR), and finance, to drive efficiency, compliance, and organisational improvement.

 

Previously, he was CFO at Rapid Plas from 2013 to 2024, where he managed finance, safety, HR, and IT functions. In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, he was a member of the Management Team and served on the company’s board, contributing to strategic decision-making and governance.

 

Before that, he worked as Regional Accountant at Fairfax Media from 2001 to 2013, where he was responsible for finance and payroll across 22 publications and print centres, providing oversight and support to a large and complex regional network.

 

With extensive experience in leadership, governance, and systems improvement, he specialises in aligning people, processes, and strategy to deliver sustainable business outcomes.
