SBC delivered contract works to the St Xavier’s Catholic Primary School, Gunnedah to overhaul the existing learning and support spaces whilst completing the works on the functioning campus.

 

To deliver the works without impact to the school function, the works were completed in milestones, and the extent of new works included:

Stage 1 – Site Establishment and Hazardous Materials Removal

Stage 2 – Block D alterations and additions

​

Stage 3 – Block E alterations and additions

​

Stage 4 – Relocation of buildings and siteworks

​

Stage 5 – Block B & C new construction

​

Stage 6 – New Sports Court and playground upgrade

​

The tender was awarded by repeat client RPMA, the contract value is $10 million.
