SBC was engaged by the Teacher Housing Authority of NSW to deliver two new residential dwellings for local teachers.

While navigating trade shortages in a semi-remote location, our team adopted an in-situ build approach to achieve a faster delivery due to the high demand of transportable homes at the time of the build. Delivered as a full Design & Construct (D&C) project, SBC managed the entire process end-to-end - from Development Application through to Occupation Certificate.

 

The scope included all site works, coordination of local trades, liaison with authorities, and strict compliance with Australian Standards, the National Construction Code, and Work Health & Safety requirements. By taking a proactive and hands-on approach, we ensured the project was completed to the highest quality, safely and efficiently, while meeting the needs of both the Teacher Housing Authority and the Bellata community.
