SBC won the tender to redevelop the Glen Innes Parklands for Glen Innes Severn Council. 

 

We were engaged to demolish the old parklands amenities and build a brand new Colorbond structure finished with epoxy flooring. The works included 14 new toilets and hand wash bays, granite block public seating, a disabled access ramp and a small play area for children complete with a swing, double slide and fort. The toilets also included a disabled bathroom equipped with a baby change table and shower.

 

The build cost roughly $1.4 million and was funded by the government and local council.
