The extent of new works includes:

Block C - New roller shutter to existing workshop (STAGE 2)

• The works consist of removal of existing door and wall and replacement with a new roller shutter.

Block D - Refurbishment to existing art block and new landscaping works (STAGE 3)

• The work consists of demolition, alterations and additions to Block D including the re-configuration of shared/collaborative learning areas for art.

• In addition to the building alterations, external works to create an outdoor learning space to be constructed. 

• Make good areas damaged by construction works on completion.

Block F - Refurbishment to existing languages block (STAGE 1)

• The work consists of demolition, alterations and additions to Block F involving the adaption of the existing spaces to construct a new shared/collaborative area and classrooms configuration.

Block G - Refurbishment to existing GLA block (STAGE 1)

• The work consists of demolition, alterations and additions to Block G involving the adaption of the existing spaces to construct a new shared/collaborative area and classrooms configuration.

Block F/G Courtyard - new landscaping works (STAGE 1)

• New civil works, new plantings, and street furniture to create a landscaped linking space.
