This new Hamptons inspired home was built by Shay Brennan Constructions for a local real estate agent and his family. The house is spread across 510sqm and sits on a large block in Kingswood, some of Tamworth's prime realestate. The family wanted open plan living so they could enjoy stunning views overlooking the city.

The design was done by Urban & Abode and the Engineering & Structural design was conducted by Kelley Covey.
